There are many theories about what dreams are and why we have them. This topic may be subject to debate among people until the end of time, so let’s work with what we do know. Dreams are a very insightful function of the mind, and more often than not dreams occur while we are sleeping. While dreams are associated as occurring during the time in which the body is at rest, sleep, there are other types of dreams such as Day Dreams, Visions and Lucid Dreaming.
