Using a Dream Journal
One of the most important tools you can have at your disposal when working with your dreams is a dream journal. Dream Journaling is essential in dream recall and dream interpretation. I personally use several dream journals which helps me a great deal. I keep a small notepad by my bedside, so that when I wake up I can just grab it and write some key things from my dream so that as I continue about my morning rituals, I don’t forget them. I can look back at it later and pick up where I left off.
The idea is to get in the habit of jotting down whatever you remember first thing and making it convenient, if you have to go searching for pen and paper, not only do you tend to forget some of your dream, you really will not want to be bothered!
The second Dream Journal I keep is more a little more detailed, and a larger book, I often refer to the notes in my bedside dream journal and fill in any other recollections that I have had during the day. Another important feature of my dream journal is that I use it for my interpretation of my dreams. Upon that realization, she was amazed that her dreams had been aware of and had been expressing to her these life changes that were taking
