Intro to Dream Recall

We know everyone dreams. Studies show that during an average 7-8 hour sleep cycle, you can have as many as 6-7 dreams and yet so many people wake up with little or no recollection of their dreams.

There are several things that you can do to help begin recalling your dreams. Let’s go through some of them now. First and foremost, you have to first want to remember your dreams. You have to believe that you can remember your dreams and then you have to tell yourself that you will remember your dreams. I know, I know, it sounds silly, but this is where it all begins and I have to admit, I have these pep talks with myself all the time!

Please always keep in mind, especially as we enter into discussion about many more techniques that aide in dream recollection, that just as we are all unique individuals, so therefore are the results of our efforts. Be patient and consistent, dream recollection doesn’t always happen right away, it may begin happening the very first time you implement some of the techniques and it may not happen for several days or even weeks, just remember, it will!
