Do people dream in color?
Most dreams are in color, it seems that people may not be aware of it, because they have difficulty remembering their dreams or simply because color is such a natural part of visual experience.

What causes bad dreams?
Many say certain foods can cause bad dreams. I really don't know if that's true but, I do know that many people who work with their dreams seem to agree that when they have eaten certain food it seems to affect what their dreams consist of, more likely because of the affect the food has on the body, Some dreamworkers we discussed this issue with said they would more accurately describe it as more aware of the dreams and not necessarily bad dreams. *As a side note, when you eat foods before bedtime that give you indigestion, it may seem that it is causing you to have dreams. This is due to the fact that the indigestion is keeping you slightly awake, so you are slightly aware of these dreams.
