Day Dreams

Analyzing and Understanding your Day Dreams

When working with or analyzing your day dreams there is something we want to be sure that you always keep in mind. That regardless of the type of dream you have had, dreams are all from within ourselves and therefore they are all about us but we may not always know what they mean without further analyzing.

Analyzing and working with your daydreams is similar to working with your dreams that occur while you are asleep (we will refer to them as night dream for easy reference), the one notable difference is that the recollection of daydreams is much easier to recall than night dreams that often require more effort to recall..

Remember, if you are journaling your night dreams, start a separate section or get another notebook to write down all of your day dreams. You may find that you will be able to cross reference between the different types of dreams later on and you will gain additional, invaluable insight. That being said, be mindful to write in your journal, it is the key to unlocking the messages contained within your dreams.

We suggest that day dreams be recorded in your dream journal and given the same thoughtful consideration as the dreams that occur during sleep. Just as with your regular dreams, day dreams also have a deeper meaning if you look close enough!
